Subject: CS/IT Regional Advisory Committee Meeting: Registration Open!
Good Afternoon!
Snohomish County and South Island County school districts have identified a need for a Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) for our CTE programs. We are piloting a RAC for Computer Science and Information Technology related programs this year and would like include our Northern partners in Skagit, San Juan, and Whatcom counties.
Our goal for the RAC is to provide a regional approach to the Program Advisory Committees we are required to hold. The RAC will convene industry partners, K12 teachers and staff, higher education, and other stakeholders with a focus on professional development and resources to support our programs with preparing students to meet industry standards.
