Hi Scott,
The AWS Skills Center is now open for student field trips. See the attached flyer.
The AWS Skills Center field trips are geared toward middle and high school students and are in high demand. (Note that the original post was asking about field trips for elementary school students.)

The AWS skill center in downtown Seattle was offering tours for student groups. I can't find anything on the site currently, but you could contact them and see.

Subject: Field Trip Ideas
I am looking to figure out a field trip for my elementary Girls Who Code club this spring, but I'm lacking on ideas of meaningful places to take them since the Living Computer Museum is no longer an option. Does anyone have any ideas or connections they can share with me on where I can take my club in the Puget Sound area? I have 25+ students who attend my club weekly in grades 3-5.
