    I have gotten a few messages in reply to my earlier post: https://community.csteachers.org/discussion/cte-job-posting-modesto asking how we built our program, so I thought I would post here (it won't let me reply to my earlier post).

    Most of what I wrote in the first attempt at this post (that was lost in the Internet abyss grrr) is in this video I created for the Educating for Careers conference in 2021.  Here is that link.
