We hope you are having a restful start to your summer break. Thanks to everyone who attended our last monthly meeting on June 4, 2026. Our next regular monthly meeting will be the first Thursday in September so mark your calendar now (this is a correction from the email that was sent). We can't wait to meet with you again.
This year, one of our chapter goals was to provide more extended professional development that focused on both computer science pedagogy as well as equity and inclusive teaching practices in computer science. Please complete this brief feedback form to let us know how well we met our goals and how we should structure our meetings and PD for next year.
For those of you who are attending the CSTA National Conference in New Orleans in July, join our Slack Workspace so we can communicate with each other, coordinate meetups, and share the things we are learning. Use this link to join the workspace and find the #CSTA2026 channel to communicate. Respond to the post on Slack about who is going to the conference so we can get a head count and plan for our T-shirt giveaway. Pencil Tuesday, July 14, 2:30 - 3:00 onto your calendar for our tentative official meetup and group photo. We will confirm final details in the Slack Channel.
