82% of U.S. high school students have access to computer science, but only 6.4% are enrolled. CS education can increase lifetime earnings by 8%—a life-changing impact. We need policy change now to ensure every student can benefit. 

CSTA, in collaboration with Code.org and ECEP Alliance, has published the 2024 State of Computer Science Education report. This annual report on K-12 computer science in the United States provides an update on national and state-level computer science education policy, including policy trends, maps, state summaries, and implementation data.
