CSTA HQ is ready to send your chapter some money! We have some new financial procedures, and we're asking chapters that are on CSTA's Group Exemption and who are eligible to receive direct-to-chapter payments to complete a couple of quick things:
Not sure if your chapter is eligible for payment? Please check the following sheet to see - Chapter Funding F23.
- If we don't have a W-9 on file for your chapter, please complete a W-9 and email it to accountspayable@csteachers.org & chapters@csteachers.org.
- Next, we'll need to associate your chapter with a specific email address in Bill.com (this is how CSTA sends payments electronically to chapters). We suggest using your chapter email account for this.
- Can you please confirm the email account to associate with your chapter's payments via Bill.com? You will receive an email from Bill.com with instructions on this; it's quick and we only need to do this one time.
