Below is the update for insurance for any in person events you plan to host.
If your chapter is hosting in-person events, and venues require proof of insurance, please use the documents below:
If the venue/campus is asking to be added to the certificate of insurance for the dates of the event, we can do that as well. Just send the following info to (updated to) volunteers@csteachers.org), I'll relay it to our insurance folx, and we'll get the certificate set up for y'all:
- Name of event: i.e. CSTA Chapter Palooza
- Venue address: i.e 123 Sesame St, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
- Date(s) of event: i.e Aug 1 - 5, 2023
- Additional insured: (name to add to the certificate): i.e. University of Wyoming
