That's right, it's Annual Reporting Season! To practice as much brevity as possible, you will find three short steps below to assist in the process. Please complete the following by July 1, 2024. You can even check them off as you go:
-
⬜ Coordinate a time, before July 1, to meet with your Regional Support Coordinator. Your team can complete annual reporting in one 30-minute timeslot!
-
You will receive an invitation from your Regional Support Coordinator to use their Calendly link to schedule a time that works best for you to work through the annual reporting.
-
Our partners are still disaggregating the data from the Chapter and Membership Feedback Survey, and we hope to have the reports out to Chapter Leaders by the end of next week.
-
⬜ 2023-24 Goal Progress (< 5 min; due July 1) - Locate your chapter's goals on this spreadsheet, and update columns I and J only. Please note any adjustments you made in column J.
-
⬜ Chapter Annual Reporting + Success Rubric Self-Assessment Ratings (~ 25 min; due July 1) - Please be honest in your responses and self-assessment. If you're a new or recently rejuvenated chapter, your ratings will likely be low, and that's okay. Even the most established chapters will have areas for growth.
Again, while not required, please take advantage of the assistance available from your Regional Support Coordinator to complete the steps above by Monday, July 1, 2024, to be completely prepared for the Chapter Leadership Summit and the CSTA 2024 Annual Conference. As always, if I can be of service to you in any way, please let me know. If you have any questions, please reply to this thread or send inquiries to chapters@csteachers.org.
Thank you for your dedication and support!
