Chapter Leaders

Does your chapter have leadership positions which have roles and job descriptions attached to them?  This would be similar to but go beyond the four officer positions that CSTA has posted.  If so, we'd appreciate it if you post those here. 

Also, if your chapter has committees along with one or more stated purposes (goals) for each of those committees, please post them, too.  

This is crowdsourcing the good ideas that are out there for other chapters including ours to get ideas from.

CSTA Puget Sound (WA) created an Operations Manual that defines several roles.   I've attached what I think is the latest version in PDF format.   Thanks for your work on this @Tracey Sconyers!

Very impressive!  I'm curious - was this a product of a workshop or retreat, or did this develop over several years?

Both. Our chapter's board has been doing yearly retreats, and the outline came from one of those. I wrote it up, and we circulated and refined it for several months.

We are in the middle of consolidating several regional chapters into one statewide chapter. If the vote passes, I anticipate it will go through another revision.
