Any chapters that paid independent contractors more than $600 in 2023 need to issue them a 1099 form by January 31st.

Just a reminder to other chapters.  1099 for independent contractors paid more than $600 in 2024 are due on Jan 31.   Our chapter has a college teaching candidate (intern) help us with our social (and other) media.   I just sent our 1099s using tax1099.com mentioned in the link.
