The CSTA Board of Directors is excited to present this year's slate of candidates for K-8 Teacher Representative, 9-12 Teacher Representative, and At-Large Representative. Candidates went through a thorough vetting process using a rubric created by the Nominations and Elections committee.
CSTA+ members will be receiving a ballot with "ElectionBuddy Elections'' in the subject line on Monday, April 24, 2023. Of course, if you are not yet a CSTA+ member, you can upgrade your membership by May 5, 2023, and receive access to a ballot no later than May 8, 2023. You can learn more about each candidate by visiting our election candidate page. The election process will close on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
This year, we are again following the preferential voting process. We ask that you rank candidates in the order of one, two, and three. The system will total all scores until one candidate reaches a majority. You can learn more about preferential voting by visiting the ElectionBuddy website.
