*Please do not schedule a chapter meetup earlier than 5 p.m. CT on Tuesday, July 16, as we will be engaged in the Chapter Leadership Summit up until that time.

The Fine Print

• Outside food and beverage cannot be brought into the meeting space. CSTA will be charged a fee if outside F&B is brought in, and your chapter will be responsible for reimbursing that fee. (This happened with one chapter in 2022, and we'd rather not repeat it)
• CSTA's events team will review your request and respond with more information within one week (5 business days) of receipt of the request. 
• If your group is not a chapter or CSTA affinity group, your request will incur space rental, union labor, and AV fees. CSTA will include cost information when they reply. 
• You will be billed directly by CSTA for any costs incurred for this meeting, including, but not limited to space rental, labor, audiovisual, food and beverage.
• CSTA will remain the main point of contact for the event venue; by receiving space you are not entering into an agreement with Caesars Forum or any other vendors CSTA has selected for the 2024 Conference. A member of CSTA's events team will be your liaison for all of your special event needs.

Similar question to Michelle. Is there a way to find out how many Greater Los Angeles educators are registered for the conference. I know that people will be able to register after the 31st but we're looking for a general idea.
