    CSTA is now accepting session proposals for the 2025 conference. Our presenters are what makes each conference so great, and there are many different presentation types to submit for. Learn more about the proposal process and topics of interest before applying here.

    Has CSTA blocked off a set number of rooms with a price for members that attend?  My wife and I are planning on making this part of our family vacation next year if we can afford everything.

    Hi @Chris Combs, 

    Yes, we always have a room block for conference attendees. Once registration opens, you'll be able to reserve your hotel room at the conference rate when you register for the conference.

    CSTA 2025 Proposals Due in Two Weeks!

    We are still accepting submissions to present at the CSTA 2025 Annual Conference, set for July 8-11, 2025, in Cleveland! We're accepting submissions for breakout sessions, workshops, mini-sessions, and posters. Whether you've presented at a CSTA event before, or are looking to present for the first time, submissions are due by Oct. 27! Have an idea but aren't sure how to start? Register for proposal office hours.
