*Please do not schedule a chapter meetup earlier than 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 8, as we will be engaged in Leadership Summit activities up until that time.
The Fine Print
- No outside food or beverage is allowed in the meeting space. You will incur large fees if outside food or beverage is brought in. If you need food and beverage for your meeting, you are required to use Huntington Convention Center's catering.
- CSTA's events team will review your request and respond with more information within one week (5 business days) of receipt of the request.
- If your group is not a chapter or CSTA affinity group, your request will incur space rental, union labor, and other fees. CSTA will include cost information when they reply.
- You will be billed directly by CSTA for any costs incurred for this meeting, including, but not limited to space rental, labor, audiovisual, food and beverage.
- CSTA will remain the main point of contact for the event venue; by receiving space you are not entering into an agreement with Huntington Convention Center or any other vendors CSTA has selected for the 2025 Conference. A member of CSTA's events team will be your liaison for all of your special event needs.
