If you've been perusing your Member Dashboard (Dashboard / Member) you may have noticed some new names under the Leadership heading towards the bottom left-hand side of the page.
We're adding your state's
ECEP State Leaders and
CSTA Equity Fellows, past & present, to the chapter leadership in MemberNova. This way, we can better connect these allies to your chapter and your chapter's leaders.
These new advisory additions are meant to help build and strengthen pathways for collaboration between Chapter Leaders, CSTA Equity Fellows, and ECEP State Leaders as our work continues to intersect in numerous new and exciting ways. Not to mention, there is an expectation that each year every chapter hold at least one meeting or event that addresses equitable teaching practices, and these are people who can help.
That being said, not every state is part of the
ECEP Alliance and not all chapters have members who have participated in the
CSTA Equity Fellowship. When the time comes, please be sure to encourage your members to apply for next year's cohort.
