Chapter Leaders

Hello all,

Below is the information you need to complete chapter reporting to close out this year (2024-25). Please note that the rubric is the same one as the one from 2023 and will still have mention of MemberNova. We are aware it needs to change and we are currently working on the content. It will be updated before the conference to reflect the new technology and system changes we made in early 2025. It will be made available in early July. 

We know the transition to Higher Logic required (still requiring) a lot of adjusting and learning and that activities that you had were impacted by the transition to that system. We understand and do the best you can to evaluate and reflect on your chapter activities as best as you can given the changed environment.

Please complete the following by July 12, 2024. Do as much before the Volunteer Leader Summit (VLS) as you can. You will also be able to use the VLS working breakfast session to finish your end of year reports and start discussing 2025-26 goals. The link to the 2025-26 Growth Goal form and new rubric will be shared the week before conference. 

1. 2024-25 Goal Progress (due July 12) - Locate your chapter's goals on this spreadsheet, and update columns I and J only. Please note any adjustments you made in column J.
   
   

2. End of Year Chapter Annual Reporting + Success Rubric Self-Assessment Ratings (due July 12) - Please try to be as honest in your responses and self-assessment as you can be.
   

3. The Chapter Member Survey results will be aggregated by our data team and will be sent out to leaders by mid-June.

We know there has been a lot of transition and things have been delayed so we are being flexible with the due date. If folks are not able to get together before or during the CSTA conference (July 7-11) to complete this fully until early fall, we understand.  If you have any questions, please email chapters@csteachers.org.
