Please see the below event notice shared by @Jake Baskin who notes, "These are great events to share with the policy committee, chapter leaders, and the equity fellows."

"The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) is hosting a series of virtual public listening sessions to inform the development of the 2023- 2028 Federal Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Strategic Plan.

OSTP is seeking input from all interested parties, including students, educators, administrators, parents, researchers, employers, and others. We are writing to invite you to join the conversation. You can provide important information and perspectives on the challenges faced by – and within – the STEM ecosystem in the United States and solutions that might be implemented.

Each listening session will focus on one aspect of the STEM ecosystem. The last session aims to include speakers unable to attend any of the earlier sessions and as such, will cover each of the five areas covered in the previous sessions.

Please visit the link(s) below to register for any of the six upcoming virtual listening sessions. Dates and links can also be found on OSTP's public Events & Webinars webpage. We welcome your support in sharing this opportunity with your broader community/network.

If you would like to provide information in addition to or in lieu of your participation in the listening session, you may send a brief message to this public email address, stemstrategy@ostp.eop.gov.

    Respectfully,

The Federal STEM Strategic Planning Team at OSTP"

The March 15th topic seems most applicable: STEM Education.

Is there an example message/talking-points we can address?

I asked and this comes straight from @Jake Baskin, "No talking points. Just want [Chapter Leaders] to know and have the opportunity to share their perspective if interested."

Happy that you're considering attending (that's from me, lol).
