***Reminder that for chapter funds, funds are determined by the amount of members who have chosen your chapter as primary chapter.
It is almost time again direct-to-chapter funds disbursement! Some of CSTA membership revenue is directed to chapters through Chapter Grants and ongoing support. Direct to chapter funding is determined by the number of members who have selected your chapter as their primary chapter, so we encourage chapters to reach out to members before this May to ask them to select a primary chapter.
To do that in the new portal, members can click here to see how to log in and select both the chapters they would like to be part of and their primary chapter. Both of these actions are completed within the member portal, and members can select their primary chapter by navigating to "Chapters and Affinity Groups" on the left-side navigation of their profile. Please note members must select your chapter in their list of Chapters/Affinity Groups to join AND select your chapter as their primary chapter.
We will begin reaching out to chapters with funds within the next two weeks. Please make sure to check this list to ensure your chapter is set up to receive funds. If you have an update, please email Chapters@csteachers.org.
