One of the best parts of any conference is the "hallway track" where one gets to meet and talk to friends and colleagues about the sessions they've attended. Networking and meeting new friends is also one benefit that is difficult to recreate with a virtual conference. With this in mind, CSTA wants to help promote & support in-person gatherings during the CSTA 2023 Virtual Conference! 

1. First, there is a dedicated time for In-Person Meetups on Wednesday, July 12 (Day 2), after 3:35 p.m. ET.  
2. Next, when one of your Chapter Leaders completes the following form (one submission per location planned), we'll add your in-person meetup to the conference schedule so that registrants can indicate their intention to attend. 
3. Then, the disbursement of funds ($20 per registrant who adds your in-person meetup at registration) will happen twice. The first payment will be sent on June 1. The second/final payment will be sent the week after the conference based on the final registration numbers.
4. Finally, Chapter Leaders will be able to pull registration reports on demand through an "Access Portal" from Cvent by the end of March 2023.

2. Next, when one of your Chapter Leaders completes the following form (one submission per location planned), we'll add your in-person meetup to the conference schedule so that registrants can indicate their intention to attend. 
3. Then, the disbursement of funds ($20 per registrant who adds your in-person meetup at registration) will happen twice. The first payment will be sent on June 1. The second/final payment will be sent the week after the conference based on the final registration numbers.
4. Finally, Chapter Leaders will be able to pull registration reports on demand through an "Access Portal" from Cvent by the end of March 2023.  

The deadline to register your chapter's meetup and receive funding is June 30, 2023
