    My name is Sandra Hartman I go by Sandy. I am a MS CS teacher in Northeastern PA. I am hoping to find more ways to encourage students who are marginalized or don't think they have a place in CS to take my courses.

    Welcome, Sandra.  I just took a course through the University of Texas - Austin that was all about inclusive CS teaching and marginalized CS populations.  This is a needed area, well done!
