  • 1.  It's Chapter + Membership Feedback Survey Time!

    Posted 04-26-2023 12:37 PM

This year, we're joining forces with our magnificent Membership Team in order to determine the needs of our members, your chapter members! Next week, members of ALL chapters will receive an email inviting them to complete a short, 10-15 minute survey asking them to share their experience as a CSTA member and as a CSTA Chapter member. We're asking that you help promote the taking of the survey and use the data collected (we'll distribute the results to you at the beginning of June) to help inform your rubric ratings during annual reporting and goal-setting in preparation for the #2023CLS

To thank members for their time and since the survey is a bit longer this year, the first 1,000 chapter members who complete this survey will receive a $10 Amazon gift card. We appreciate your continued willingness to help support your chapter's growth.

As Chapter Leaders, you are welcome and encouraged to complete the survey as well.

Please see the survey timeline below:
    • May 5: Share with ALL chapter members in a dedicated email
    • May 16: Send a reminder to ALL chapter members and ask Chapter Leaders to promote
    • May 18: Reminder in CSTA+ newsletter
    • May 21: Survey closes
    • May 22: We process results and create chapter-specific reports, plus all free responses
    • June 2: Share results with Chapter Leaders when sending annual reporting info

Chapter Annual Reporting kicks off next Friday, 6/2.

Want to get ahead? Update progress toward your chapter's 2022-23 Growth Goals:
    1. 2022-23 Goal Progress (approx 5 min) - Locate your chapter's goals on this spreadsheet
    2. Update columns I and J only. Please note any adjustments you made in column J.
    3. Please be honest in your appraisal; we recognize that the ongoing pandemic has gotten in the way of many, if not all, of your goals.
We'll be sending out links to annual reporting, your regional support coordinator's contact information, and this year's chapter + membership survey feedback next week.
