Hi Paige!
It depends on what kind of reminder you're talking about. For events like meetups, I always create the Event in MemberNova, create free tickets for people to RSVP, and then schedule automated reminders within the event to be sent a few days before and the morning of the event. You do that by going to Setup > SETTINGS > EVENT REMINDERS (near the bottom). Of course, with Events, people need to opt in by signing up for the event.
For emailed bulletins, I put them together whenever I have time, then schedule them to drop at 8am on Mondays. I use the same template (it's boring but gets the job done) and just copy the previous week's email. I think it'd be fairly trivial to create an email to all members, then copy that email and schedule it to send in the future.
I don't know of any way to create an email that resends at X interval, if that's what you're asking. But maybe it exists in MemberNova and I just haven't found it yet?

Subject: MemberNova Chapter Meeting Reminder Emails
Hello all,
Is there a way to automate sending reminder emails to your chapter members or do you have to create a reminder email and schedule it every time?
Thank you for your assistance.
