This free professional learning event is designed to connect attendees with real, working models of practice in Computer Science and AI education from across the state.

    Pat Yongpradit

    Pat Yongpradit will bring a global lens on the importance of Computer Science and AI readiness education, helping attendees think about what it takes to build sustainable systems that reach all students. His public work includes leadership in TeachAI and long-standing efforts to support CS and AI education through curriculum, professional learning, policy, and implementation.

    Dr. Poppy Crum

    Dr. Poppy Crum will help attendees explore the connection between technology, AI, human learning, sensory systems, and the brain. As a neuroscientist and technologist, her work centers on how technology can better understand and support human experience, making her perspective especially valuable as schools consider the role of AI and emerging tools in learning environments.

    Ruha Benjamin

    Dr. Ruha Benjamin will offer a powerful closing lens on technology, justice, imagination, and the futures we are building. Her work explores the relationship between innovation and inequity, knowledge and power, race, citizenship, health, and justice; helping educators and leaders think beyond simply adopting AI and CS tools and toward building learning experiences that are ethical, inclusive, and human-centered.
