In preparation for the 2023-24 Mid-Year Chapter Leadership Summit (#MidYearCLS), please take a few minutes to update your progress towards this year's chapter growth goals. ALL chapters have goals on this sheet; some were recommended in lieu of responses from the chapter.
- ⬜ Per Chapter, please share progress toward your chapter's 2023-24 CSTA Chapter Growth Goals.
- First, in Column G, let us know the mid-year status for each goal noting whether each goal is "On Track," "Concerned," or "Off Track."
- Then, please comment and add any notes or adjustments you made to your goals in Column H of the corresponding goal.
- We will take some time at the MYCLS to submit a set of Mid-Year Chapter Success Rubric Ratings.

We're thrilled to announce CSTA's fourth annual
2023-24 Mid-Year Chapter Leadership Summit (#MidYearCLS)! After the successes of the three previous mid-year summits and with the momentum garnered at this past July's Chapter Leadership Summit, where over 200 Chapter Leaders joined us to build community and learn from one another, we look forward to continuing the tradition of a mid-year check-in.
Registration is free, and we encourage you to not only attend with your team but to invite other members of your chapter who have expressed an interest in leadership. We're hoping that this can help to bridge any gap in Chapter Leader recruitment.
