Please ensure you've booked your travel for the 2024 Conference: Recently CSTA has learned that some individuals were not able to verify their booked flight confirmation with our travel partner, Egencia. Individuals approved to travel through Egencia must ensure they have a flight that has the status of BOOKED.

How to verify you completed your travel in Egencia:
- You can login to Egencia via the email address associated with your account and verify your BOOKED travel. If you do not have booked travel you did not successfully complete your flight booking.
- You will have an email from Egencia that begins "Flight - BOOKED" and specific details for your booked flight, including an airline specific six digit record locator. Example:
What to do if you do not have a booked flight:
- Please book your travel ASAP and select Erin Adams as an approver.
- Do not select additional approvers as this will cause a delay in your booking.
- Do not purchase travel insurance.
