Excited for an interesting challenge.  Our school offers Intro to CS with Python to all Grade 9 students, and next year will offer AP CSP to the entire 10th grade.  We plan to offer it as an AP course, using the CodeHS curriculum, for the entire grade.   We're a magnet school with a diverse population, and we're committed to creating access for all learners, providing copious scaffolds, and accommodating neurodiversity as effectively as possible.  OK, that's the good news, or the "commercial" so to speak.  

So talk to me - what do you think will be our biggest challenges?  What landmines do we look for?  Thanks in advance.
