They did a call for submissions back in the summer, I think I saw it through the Unity Ed Discord. It was pretty painless of a process, but it basically requires your game be web accessible in someway.

Taking an opportunity to brag on my kids for a bit. Two of the capstone projects from the spring got nominated for a Unity Award.
