I would kill to have time to do a whole workflow, project management thing. We sort of crash course it in my last class, but by then they are screaming through trying to get their stuff done.
In Sacramento we only really have EA Capital Games, but it has been a challenge to get a tour with them, we have a few smaller studios like Azra games, but for the most part it's remote indies out here. I am thinking we might have to go to the bay area for a day, but I am really trying to avoid that hassle.

A few wishes:
1. Contacts in the game industry locally and being able to tour their studio and give students more actual game designers to talk to, instead of the 1-2 guest speakers I have each year.
2. I wish our school had a digital arts pathway with 2D and 3D animation
3. I wish I taught students to use some modern collaborative work monitoring tools like Trello or similar software
