An energizing and collaborative session designed specifically for CSTA chapter and affinity group leaders to build excitement and prepare for CSEdWeek. Together, we will explore fresh ideas, resources, and strategies to help leaders engage their members and inspire participation at the local level. Through interactive activities and peer-to-peer sharing, leaders will gain insight into how to create impactful events, amplify national initiatives, and spark meaningful conversations about computer science education. By the end of the session, participants will leave with new ideas, new connections, and renewed momentum to activate their communities and lead a powerful, unified CSEdWeek.
