Advanced Algorithms
This mini-course builds on a PD workshop we ran last summer, but it stands alone. Any teacher with an interest in building their knowledge and skills beyond what we cover in AP Computer Science is welcome to attend. We will explore the following topics:
- Graph Theory Algorithms: SPF, Spanning Tree, Networks
- Computational Geometry
- Applications of Dijkstra’s Algorithm
- Competition style programming
Location: Harborfields Public Library (Greenlawn, NY)
Dates: July 22 and 23, 2025 followed by five hours of project work.
