Vibe Coding for CS Teachers (15 hour course)
Vibe Coding is a software development approach that relies heavily on
artificial intelligence (LLMs) to generate code from carefully constructed
prompts.
Teachers will explore what these tools do well and what they get wrong.
How do we verify machine generated code is correct? How can this help us
learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques?
By exploring these tools ourselves, teachers will better understand their
strengths and limitations. How much background knowledge do students
need for them to harness this capability?
