10 a.m. - 2 p.m. CT
Preparing for this year's Mid-Year Chapter Leadership Summit (#MidYearCLS) couldn't be simpler. Below is all that you need to do to get ready:
- Register on Hopin for the event (< 1 min):
- Order Your Snacks (< 3 min):
- After you register (it might take a day or two), you'll receive an email from CSTA via SnackMagic <hi@snackmagic-mail.com>
- Complete your order by Jan. 22, 2023, 11:59 p.m. ET so that your snacks will arrive in time for the CLS.
- Review the updated Chapter Success Rubric:
- We're soliciting feedback on the updated rubric leading up to its release at the #MidYearCLS
- Please post your comments, questions, and concerns here in the Chapter Leader Virtual Community.
- Any and all feedback is welcome, as detailed and thoughtful as CSTA CT's Christopher Kerr (thank you) or as simple as a question about a single row or a comment that you like a particular update.
- Rally your leadership team and make sure all who can join us on Saturday, February 4, 2023, for some camaraderie building, some learning from one another, and some delicious snacks!
We can't wait to see everyone for the first time in 2023!
CSTA's third annual
Mid-Year Chapter Leadership Summit (#MidYearCLS) is less than a month away! After the successes of the previous two, and with the momentum garnered at this past July's Chapter Leadership Summit, where over 200 Chapter Leaders joined us to build community and learn from one another, we decided to continue the tradition of a mid-year check-in.
We'll once again be using the Hopin platform, and registration is open now. You will also be receiving a calendar invite for the event that also links to the platform. Join us on Saturday, February 4, 2023, for a half-day of:
- Networking,
- Building Community,
- Specialized Learning Tracks for different Chapter Officer positions,
- Dedicated working time for Chapter Officers (make this your January Leadership meeting time),
- Regional Chapter Meetups,
- And much, much more!
Registration is free, and we encourage you to not only attend with your team but to invite other members of your chapter who have expressed an interest in leadership. We're hoping that this can help to bridge the gap in Chapter Leader recruitment.
